.Hi! My name’s Hank. I’m your neighbor from down the street or the next town or one state over, etc. I’m 76 and retired from a career in computers. I started off as a computer repair man in the days of vacuum tubes. There weren’t many of us back then. Although it has varied from time to time, my career has consisted largely of “hands on” systems analysis, design, coding, testing, and staging. I did 8 years of honorable service in the Air Force starting off with one stripe and a high school degree, and ending up as a captain with a bachelors in business data processing. I did some post graduate work but, upon getting married, opted to drop that pursuit and send my wife to college instead. She graduated with honors and we’ve been married 48 years now. We’ve raised 2 adopted kids – a wonderful experience. They’re doing very well in life! I’m a self-published author who deals with high valence material and aims for clarity and resonance with my readers. I’m not a person who writes for profit. In fact, I always offer my books at the lowest price possible. My narratives are based upon true life experiences and forgotten/ignored scientific theories. In each book, I address the difficult and profound questions we face rather than generating simple tales of imagined sound and fury. Actually, life is far stranger and more shocking than fiction. I believe that every human being is oriented toward good. Misunderstanding what is actually good leads people to do evil, yet a central purpose of living is to discover truth. There is more truth in some works of "fiction" than anywhere else. Truth is simple. Lies are very complicated. I value courage and honor. From a very early age I’ve been a physical culturist who practices spartan self-discipline. I love the wilderness. If I could start my life over, I would be a farmer in some remote area.
