As an Author/Illustrator of a children's book series entitled "Charlie Foster", Heather has brought to life an emotional, heartfelt and inspiring story of a child named Charlie, who is growing up in the foster care system. Heather is also a personal experience and motivational speaker. As a child who grew up in the foster care system and became a foster/adoptive parent herself, Heather has experienced both sides of the spectrum and shares her "truth" with others, by telling her story as a child to her success as an adult.
