Heidi Brod has been an active part of the New York Film community for 20+ years. She served as Director of Development at Weinstein Co. and worked on award-winning films such as Shakespeare in Love, Gangs of New York and Like Water for Chocolate. She recently finished her first fiction novel, Seeing Red. She is a member of the Writer’s Guild of America East, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for New York Women in Film and Television. She graduated from Emerson College.
