The Greediest of Rajahs and the Whitest of Clouds, which won first prize at the 2003 Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards, is his first children's book. He operates www.homanga.com, a free webcomic site, from his humble hole in the ground in Sialy City, Negros occidental.
