Stephen Michael Stirling is a French-born Canadian-American science fiction and fantasy author. Stirling is probably best known for his Draka series of alternate history novels and the more recent time travel/alternate history Nantucket series and Emberverse series. MINI AUTO-BIOGRAPHY: (personal website: source) I’m a writer by trade, born in France but Canadian by origin and American by naturalization, living in New Mexico at present. My hobbies are mostly related to the craft. I love history, anthropology and archaeology, and am interested in the sciences. The martial arts are my main physical hobby.

Joelle Presby is a fantasy and science fiction author, and a former surface warfare officer in the United States Navy. She went to school in Ohio and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2003. She has lived in various countries, including France, Cameroon, and Japan. She and her husband, the submarine officer, live in Virginia and prefer living with hurricanes to moving again. Presby is the author of several Honoverse short stories, one of which was published in the sixth Worlds of Honor anthology, Beginnings. She also contributed to House of Steel: The Honorverse Companion. Outside of the Honorverse, she is also co-authoring (with David Weber) new books in the Multiverse series, taking over for Linda Evans.
