Lionel Changer is a true revolutionary. With his company, Implantus, he fused technology and biology with the sole goal of helping mankind. He's also a human supremacist. He creates the Human Organization Reestablishing Untainted Society, or HORUS. Their goal is to bring humanity to the next echelon, above their animal peers. However, to the United Species Alliance, Changer is a genetic criminal and HORUS is the group that created the halfkind monstrosities. The Alliance has sent an elite team to exterminate Changer's rogue faction. The mission won't end until everything is burned to the ground. Meanwhile, the survivors of Operation Halfkinds live peacefully in the North American wilderness.
