If you stare long enough into the abyss, the abyss inevitably stares back. *Friedrich Nietzsche* Built by his mother, programmed by his father, Arrallen is completely adaptable to any environment he might stumble into short of the heart of a star or the belly of a black hole. He can shift into anything he wishes to be including a human being, and then, if need be, back to his natural form, a sphere of radiating plasma driven by an anti-matter heart and a quantum computer for a mind. Arrallen’s sin is genocide. He hunted the Pogonomyrmex down to the very last for their attack on KaTlyn. The Pogo in their xenophobic crusade murdered billions. Arrallen went mad. He could not stop himself. The deed done, the Pogonomyrmex eradicated, his punishment is banishment for all time. But he is given an out—if he can find any trace of the ancient Generational Arks, even the smallest artifact that might provide some clue as to what might have happened to them and the seeds they carried, he may return home and be forgiven. But the volume of space he much search is vast and Arrallen is not at all certain he wants to be forgiven. His sin is too great and, besides, there is no one to return home for. I, Arrallen is a sequel ti Gatchhen's Rite. Check out jdreid1p0.com for more.
