I Hate Fridays
1990
The kids at Koala Hills Primary are in grade four. Follow the school year from the hopeful start to the end-of-year concert. Providing different interpretations of the same event, the characters come to life through their individual re-telling of daily dramas. Who's in, who's out, who's in love, who's outside the principal's office? Schoolyard politics, love, art, sport and war. It's all here.

It's Not Fair!
1992
The kids at Koala Hills Primary are in Grade five. Follow the school year, from getting detention on the first day to the end-of-year carols by candlelight. Providing different interpretations of the same event, the characters become more opinionated as the year rolls on.

I Can't Wait!
1994
The kids at Koala Hills are finally in Grade six. From favouritism on the first day, to the indignity of sitting on the asphalt for the longest ever final assembly, these kids just can't wait to get to high school. They have plenty to say during this last year; critics, all of them.

Messing Around
1997
The kids at Koala Hills have settled into secondary school, but they are still outraged by their teachers, their parents, society and everything else. Joan is appalled with her own relatives, Kirsty can't bear her mother's boyfriend, Peter is dogged by awkward moments. Rumour and gossip, fake hugs and lies, it's school politics as usual.
