Imagining Cartier-Bresson is an easy to read book about the life of the legendary street photographer told through the eyes of photojournalist G. L. Brown and his fascination with the astonishing 1952 book The Decisive Moment. In a conversational style Brown takes the reader through his early attempts to shoot black and white street photos like the French born photographer while in Europe during the early 1980's. The book includes over 40 photos, text about Cartier-Bresson's unique life, and a few shots by the master himself.
