The Freshmen

Dean moves into the frat house and quickly learns that this is no ordinary frat. Clothing is optional, hard bodies are everywhere and all the guys want to meet the new jock. Dean meets the other freshmen and gets close with Jay, a tall athletic stud, and Warren, an older jock who is going to teach Dean everything he needs to know.

Jocks on the Beach

Dean and the freshmen put on their tightest speedos and head to the beach. A game of beach volleyball takes an indecent turn, and then Dean gives the lifeguards a very special thank you for helping out the frat. Handsome men, sun-kissed skin and too much tanning oil. Controlling the Jock

Dean and the boys take part in a frat tradition. They abstain for four days, despite their own desperation. They have to carry out some stimulating tasks that Luke, Warren and Nick have come up with. It makes their condition even worse, and by the last night, Dean is about to go insane. With a midnight visitor taking advantage of his situation, a helping hand from Jay and an unexpected meeting with Nick, the frat president, Dean can’t imagine his life without his new frat brothers.

Frat Halloween

Dean and his frat bros celebrate Halloween in a range of costumes ranging from simply revealing to borderline illegal for public places. None of the guys care, of course. They love showing off their bodies. Dean has some fun in the college bathrooms before he puts on his own outrageous costume and goes to the Halloween party where he ends the night with his frat bros! Dean is home from college for the winter holidays. Without his frat bros, college friends and campus activities, he is bored out of his mind and he has a lot of pent-up energy. When Dean notices his neighbour watching him work out in his bedroom, the jock decides to strip down and show off his body for the older man. Soon Dean realises that flying solo in his bedroom window isn't enough for him, and he sneaks out to his neighbour's house. What he finds is more than he ever expected. It turns out Mr Willow is a lot more twisted than he thought... Will Dean submit to the older man and put his chiselled body completely at the mercy of his neighbour?

The car wash is the newest and biggest event of the year, so of course, there are cameras recording everything and immortalising the hot, sweaty bodies dripping with soapy water and taken special care of the highest tipping customers. The event is going to be a huge success, and it's all going to climax with Dean, Jay and Tommy in the backyard while a crowd of men watch...
