I was born in New Jersey, the second son and youngest of five. We soon moved to Western New York where I attended public and private school, entering the military directly after graduating High School. I served in the U.S. Army for six years, four in Special Ops, touring much of the Middle East, some of Europe, and a bit of Central America. Upon exiting the military, I attended college at Georgia Tech, earning a degree in Industrial Design and finishing at the top of my class. I worked for twelve years crafting playgrounds for both commercial and back yard applications, designing everything from the units and accessories to the plans explaining how to build them. Currently I am a supervisor in a Test Lab, overseeing prototype builds and part analysis. The greatest joys of my life are my writing, my twelve dogs, and my wonderful wife.
