J.C. Cooksey is a writer, visual artist, and curator living in San Diego, California. She is the author and creator of The Creep In The Corner series and has written for the Tales of Horrorgasm indie comic anthology. Her art and writing had been featured in the Werewolves Versus Zine. Her debut novel La Llorona and The River Of Dead Souls will be out summer of 2022 from Off Limits Press. J.C. is the co-owner of Horrorgasm LLC, a company specializing in horror themed art events and more.
