Hello, my name is Jessica. I am perhaps one of the quirkiest people you will ever meet, I am curious about everything, which makes me super fun to go on a walk with. Especially if you want to stop every five or so meters because I want to look more closely at something. I often create elaborate stories to entertain myself (and others). I prefer to create stories that are unique, I have never followed the crowd very well, as a child or as an adult. As such, I went to university and got a bunch of fancy degrees, including philosophy, ancient history and primary school teaching. Then I went on to promptly use none of them. I now run a small tutoring business with about 14 employees, and I run around matching them with students, marketing, website building and admin. Maybe I should have done a business degree? Sounds rather drab, though. I live with my wife and our twins (yes, I kissed a girl, and I liked it). I spend most days with my monsters (children) romping around, building forts, flinging food and other important life skill-building activities. We live together in Australia on the Mornington Peninsula, and we have a close relationship with our family and my mob. I am a proud Aboriginal woman and I have strong connections to land and country. Yes, I am all the minorities, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
