J. M. Eckford is an up and coming author writing near future dystopian fiction. Her debut novel, Bad Connections, and accompanying prequel novella, High Connections, were published in June 2021. Eckford was born in Cumbria, England, but has spent the majority of her life in North Yorkshire. She has a degree in Multimedia Technology and has worked in web development and digital marketing for fourteen years.
