Born in Brooklyn, and raised in Southern California, J.T. Amen self-published Fever Burns: The Tale of the Outlaw Josie Jackson, as an ebook on January 30, 2014. Fever Burns is the first book in a fantasy-flavored Western series that also has dystopian and steampunk elements. The second novel in the series, Trail of Pain, is planned for late summer 2014. J.T. Amen attended college at Harvard, law school at Penn, and business school at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
