Jacqueline Carpenter is the author of a trilogy LOUISA, JOAN and NANCY. All inspired by stories her Nanny used to tell her. Jacqueline wrote the books hoping her future grandchildren will read them and learn a little about the true life of their ancestors . LOUISA, JOAN and NANCY are all set in Bermondsey, London where her father grew up and Kent where she was born. At four months her family moved to Aveley in Essex where she had a very happy childhood. Jacqueline worked in The City of London before becoming a mother to her son and daughter. Now Jacqueline lives in charmed life in Spain enjoying the sunshine and healthy cuisine.
