Hello and thank you for visiting my page. I was a nurse and a midwife back in the day. My career started in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire (King Street), and ended in Chelsea, London (Kings Road) I opted for early retirement and now enjoy reading, writing, excellent tea, and homemade cake! My dogs, gardening, crafting, and antique fairs keep me busy, often at the expense of writing. Returning to my roots and Ayrshire, I am enjoying all it has to offer, family, history, beaches, and countryside, most of which were taken for granted when I was growing up.
