After graduating with a Vocal Jazz Performance degree from the famed University of Miami jazz program, Jaide moved to New York City and excelled in an unexpected Executive Recruiting career placing high-level talent within premier global companies. After working with thousands of candidates, Jaide honed a keen understanding of the markers of career success and pivoted into professional coaching. Jaide has had the privilege of coaching high-level C-suite professionals at global Fortune 50 companies as well as individuals at various stages in their careers.
