Thanks to my mom and my hometown’s bookmobile, I learned as a young girl to appreciate the written word. Since then, I've has devoted many years to trying to use it properly. My stories reflect change over time. The characters, like ourselves, have the choice of rolling with life’s punches, or curling into a ball, or gulping a deep breath and building a stronger, more resilient person.
