Janeen worked as a third grade teacher for 25 years. Now she wears many different hats. She is a combination farm secretary, a busy grandmother of six grandchildren, and also volunteers as treasurer for her church. Her first children’s book, A DOG AND HIS BOY, was published by Lighthouse Christian Publishing. Since then she has self-published five other children’s books that can be found on Amazon. She and her husband of almost fifty years, live on the family farm in northwest Indiana with their cat, Dusty. During the time that she belonged to a SCBWI critique group, she wrote her novel, THE HIDDEN TRUTH, to be published in 2018 by Soulmate Publishing.
