Janis Lee Thereault is the author of The Way You Love Me, a 100,000 word romantic suspense novel, which combines her love of travel and her medical background as an anesthesiologist with her husband's military experience as a Senior Chief and aviation electronics specialist in the US Navy Reserves. Her short story "A Helping Hand" is included in the 2012 RWA/OCC anthology Romancing the Pages. She loves to write while listening to country western music and watching the hummingbirds chase each other away from the feeders in her backyard. Janis and her husband have one son and live in southern California with their golden retriever Maggie Mae and a mind-of-her-own cat named Tifa.
