
Jennifer Degl is the founder of Speaking for Moms & Babies, Inc., an organization that advocates for maternal and neonatal health by sharing the parents voice. Jennifer has spoken in front of the United States Congress, the House of Representatives, and the New York State Health Department Medicaid Office to encourage the passing of legislation aimed at helping pregnant mothers and premature babies, as well as several maternal and neonatal health conferences. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the NICU Parent Network and the NIDCAP Federation International and a long-term and active member of the International Neonatal Consortium and Mom Congress. Jennifer is also the author of two books and an article in The Journal of Pediatrics and a regular contributor to many online media outlets as well as a blogger.
