Joanne Moudy graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Fine Arts. After owning a successful business she joined the military and proudly served as an officer for nine years. At the age of forty-one she returned to college to earn her degree in nursing, and specialized in emergency nursing until retirement. Joanne is a weekly columnist for Townhall.com and the Arizona Daily Independent.
