Joe Wesson is the author of REM. Before he decided to become an author, he spent four years in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman. Some of his accomplishments while in the Marines included the completion of Advanced Mountain Survival, a French Nautical Commandos Course, and a certified crayon-eating sommelier. His passion for literature is woven into his desire to educate people on how to survive and defend themselves in real-life situations.
