Born and raised in south Mississippi, she has always had a love of reading. At the age of nine, she declared to her mom that she wanted to write books when she grew up. It wasn’t until after telling her children that they could be anything they dreamed that she realized she wasn’t chasing her own dreams. Jordan is a lover of libraries, family farms, antiquing with her husband, advocating for children in foster care, and being a lifelong learner. Jordan resides with her husband and three children on their third-generation family farm in rural Kansas. And yes, her cats are named Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash. Her passion is to write stories that show the magic of love that brings hope and healing. She promises happily ever afters always.
