Joseph Maiolo is Director of the Sir Michael Howard Centre for the History of War, and Professor of International History at King's College London (KCL). He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in history and philosophy from the University of Toronto, and a PhD from the London School of Economics. Maiolo is an editor of The Journal of Strategic Studies, co-editor of The Strategy Reader, a member of the editorial board for Intelligence & National Security, and a fellow of the Royal Historical Society. His areas of interest include:
