Talia and Scarlett are the perfect opposite of each other, except for the fact that they are identical twins. Talia is focused, brainy, and finds interacting with people strenuous. Scarlett lives life with her arms wide open to each new experience and is the life of every party. They are the perfect foils for each other, weak where the other is strong and vice versa. Unfortunately, one of them is fighting a losing battle and when she makes a request for one final hurrah to finish her bucket list her sister can’t refuse her. Dr. Zane Michaels has devoted his life to developing treatment protocols for those who have no further treatment options. Driven by, and married to his career, he is okay bypassing personal human relationships. Until he is presented with the machinations of two resourceful women who change his world in ways he isn’t prepared for. When he is asked to help make the trip home more comfortable for one of them, he faces the biggest challenge of his life. For once, the mission is not about finding a cure for cancer, but about healing the hearts of those involved in the journey.

Angelica Kate writes contemporary romances with strong characters and inspiration to keep the readers coming back for more. She is a lifetime scribbler who has been journaling since an early age and finally parlayed that into more structured storytelling. Angelica loves strong female leads and the men that adore them, despite their scars and baggage. When not writing, she spends time on Florida's sunny shores near her home in Sarasota, FL, with her puppies Tesla and Harley Quinn, her daughters, and a host of kooky amazing friends.
