J.P. Hostetler (Jake) is originally from Lancaster, PA in the United States. An international career has allowed him to live in places like Germany, South Korea, and India - places that have directly impacted his work. He writes about leaving the comfort zone and the vital importance of diversity and inclusion: of culture, of biology, and of thought. Though nomadic by nature, these days Jake can probably be found communicating with bears and trees in the San Gabriel foothills outside of Los Angeles, California.
