Alex can't resist using her powers to help a friend. But when the eccentric old inventor who lives in the junkyard sees her glowing like a lightning bug, Alex begins to worry if she's been found out. Then the goons from Paradise Valley Chemical show up at the junkyard. Did the old man blow the whistle on her? Or is he working for the plant on an invention to catch the GC-161 kid?
