Karen Georghiou entered this crazy world in 1982. She began writing at the age of seven as a means to cope with deep-rooted depression. This depression exploded into her first psychotic episode at the age of 17. It was then that she became obsessed with Alice in Wonderland. She went on to study Psychology at The University of Reading and then worked at The Sunday Times, BBC and Penguin Publisher.
