Kat is a romantic fantasy author, avid camper, and former hydrogeologist. She grew up watching loads of science fiction, but she was always drawn to the romantic, magical and mythical. So now she's writing and is here for the angst and swoon. If she isn't writing or reading, you can usually find her outside - likely distracted by pretty rocks, baking something yummy or gaming with her kids. She lives in Alberta with her family and their pet kitty.
