After a career in the Probation Service, I joined the MA in Writing at Sheffield Hallam University and achieved a lifelong ambition of writing a novel. This was 'The House Fell on Her Head' published 2016. I have had a number of short stories published, including several in an anthology published by Cinnamon Press ('Review of Short Fiction') and a collection of domestic noir stories ('Martini Girl and other stories'). My second novel, 'The Last Thing She Did' will be published by Bloodhound Books in September 2020 and I am currently completing my next novel, working title 'Flashback'.
