Inviting Jace Kinkaid to stay in my home was only supposed to give him a safe place to hide. Someone wants the pop star dead, and I tell myself that Jace being my guest is a logical decision. Jace could use my recording studios in my building to work on his new album, and the public would never see him. I wasn’t counting on my body reacting to him the moment we met. I wasn’t counting on my ten-year-old daughter and him becoming fast friends. I also didn’t know how he would seamlessly fit into our hearts and lives as if he was always supposed to be there. The danger builds as his attacker continues their relentless campaign to find him, and I realize I will have to risk everything, including my heart, to keep him safe.
