Keith Yagerman is a penname for the author of the ''Braxton Rogers'' series. Keith was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. He attended White Oaks Elementary School, Salem Middle School (6th grade), Larkspur Middle School (7th & 8th grade), and Green Run High School. From there he spent a short time in the U.S. NAVY before moving on to start a career as a carpenter. Keith grew up with a learning disability, and was not a big reader as a boy. It was the ''Harry Potter'' series by author J.K. Rowling that opened Keith up to reading. Eventually, that lead to him wanting to write his own series. The ''Braxton Rogers'' series was originally wrote for Keith's nephews and nieces. There are seven novels planned for the series. Keith now lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his cat, Bacca.
