Kevin writes fast-paced crime thrillers with a good sprinkling of action and adventure. his novels often include an international element. He began writing in 1997 following a local evening class course with Author Maggie Sollley in Broadstairs and after having a short story placed in the top 10 of the Writer's Magazine, decided to learn the writing craft properly. His career's as a Chief Petty Officer electronics engineer (Including the Falklands and in Polaris Submarines), as science teacher (his most dangerous venture), and as a Paramedic in the UK adds realism to his novels. He has been writing fiction full time since 2014 and taken a course with James Patterson's Master class and is aiming for traditional publication. He has completed a novella and two full length novels which are currently unpublished. When he's not cruising the Mediterranean with his long suffering wife, He has two grown up children and a mischievous grandson to keep him grounded. Following 8 years cruising the Mediterranean on a 36 foot yacht with his long suffering wife he now spends more time back in the UK. The Tom Hunter Mystery Thrillers Eeries currently consists of a novella prequel and two completed novels. He' has also written a number of short stories and another novella.
