Kim Frank Richardson graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1969 and retired from the Naval Reserves in 1986. He is retired from 37 years in the trucking industry and lives near Houston.
