Kimberly Wheelock grew up in the shadow of Mount Rainier as a lifelong resident of Western Washington. From a young age, she has had a love for reading and writing. She enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family. Her short story "The Impression of Leaves" won the Elizabeth Breen Prose Award. She has released two novels. "Wonderland", her debut release, is about a survivor trapped in Mount Rainier National Park in the aftermath of a world-ending pandemic. "Lester" released in October 2024 centers on a paranormal research team investigating a the dark secrets of a forbidden ghost town.
