Since 2005, Hirshberg and Atkins have taken their writing on the road with The Rolling Darkness Revue, inviting other authors (and musicians) along for the ride. In 2007, the duo decided to add drama to the revue, writing and performing framing plays which can be found in each of the subsequent chapbooks. This volume introduces Artie and Algy (Pete and Glen's alter-egos) in the playlet "Welcome to the Ether" by Hirshberg and Atkins. It also includes stories by Atkins ("The Girl in the Blue Volcano"), Moffett ("The Love Talker"), and Hirshberg ("Like Lick Em Sticks, Like Tina Fey").
