Krista Harper is a contemporary romance and romantic comedy writer. She also publishes non-fiction books on writing under the pseudonym K.L. Harper. The first in her family to attend college, Harper received a practical degree in nursing before pursuing her MFA over two decades later, graduating as a distinguished scholar and releasing her debut novel, Atlas Memorial, at the age of forty. A Chicago native, Harper spent several years in the Mojave desert before settling in the Rocky Mountains with her family and five rescues. When she isn't reading or writing, she's binge-watching the Great British Baking Show and dreaming of summer on the lake.
