L.M. Batstone lives in Surrey, British Columbia with her husband, son, three cats, and dog. She studied writing at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops where she earned a degree in journalism. While on maternity leave she wrote Pirate's Apprentice and published it on Amazon.com. Then came the second book in the series, Devil's Triangle.
