Six Days with the Dead
2013
No-one used the ’Z’ word, they simply called them the Dead and for the last seven years they have held the world in their bloody grasp. The group of survivors at the Lanherne Convent in Cornwall, did what they could to make the best of life in this brutal world and compared to many their lives were easy. But when Charlie, an ex-soldier, arrives home with a distraught stranger telling of murderous raiders, they know things are about to change. Leaving the safety of the Convent to warn the other nearby outposts, Charlie, Liz and Imran soon learn it’s not only the Dead they have to worry about and before long the very stones of Lanherne are awash with spilt blood and stolen lives.

Five More Days with the Dead
2012
Almost eight years ago the world changed and the laws of nature were broken. By the hand of man or by God, no-one knew for sure but now the dead were forever denied the solace of their dark oblivion. It was simple, if you died you came back, if you got bitten you came back. It didn’t matter who you once were or what you once did, that was all gone now. All would become just one more of the Dead, stalking the living with a desperate hunger for flesh. But hope blossomed and life found a way. In rural areas, small communities of survivors clung to each other for safety and comfort and rebuilt their lives. They farmed, they scavenged, they made the best of this life that had been thrust upon them. In the Cornish countryside two such communities worked together, so all could survive. The high stone walls of the Lanherne convent and the secure fences of the Sub-station kept the living safe and the Dead at bay but with the hungry rotting corpses forever at their gates, things could never be the same again… or could they?

Last Days with the Dead
2013
Humanity fell, time passed and the Dead still stalked the living, unable to quench the unnatural hunger that burned at the very core of their decaying shells. But among the survivors at a convent hidden deep in the Cornish countryside, a new and fragile hope had taken root, blossomed and grown. Had the mutated virus within Charlie really gifted them the true death they feared forever denied them? Had they finally been left to live in peace, unmolested and unhindered by those who had previously looked upon their existence with only jealousy and hate in their hearts? Only time would truly tell but when some of the survivors return from a foraging trip with worrying reports of burned buildings, ruined crops and an increase in the Dead roaming the countryside Liz, Imran, Phil and the others quickly realise they may just have their answer sooner than they had first hoped.

To Escape the Dead
2013
For five years the Dead and their savage hunger have been a plague upon humanity. Just what caused every fresh corpse to shake off their dark oblivion within minutes of their last breath, no one knew, but one thing was certain they always came back and they always burned with a new and deadly compulsion to feast upon the living. So when Liz awoke from a fitful sleep to the sounds of screaming, she knew once again she would have to fight to keep those she loved alive. With Charlie, an ex-soldier, and the others of their group by her side she at least knew she stood a chance to keep her sister, Anne, safe. But just how many more chances would they have left? How many more safe havens would collapse into scenes of terror filled carnage, sending them fleeing for their lives and would they ever truly find a sanctuary from the Dead, a sanctuary they could call home?
