I am an author and journalist with a specialty in variety! My last book was adult nonfiction about obscure and quirky stories from Atlanta history. Before that I wrote a fiction book for girls about the travails of adolescent friendship. And before that a guidebook for lawyers. Throughout, I wrote articles for print and online publications covering law and business, art and theater, travel and food, and the occasional farm animal. In sum: I'm a word nerd who likes to read and write stories.
