Lauren Britton is the author of 'Strength in Strangers' the true story of her journey to save her husband, Andrew's life and return with him safely to the UK after he suffered a shocking and unexpected near fatal heart attack on their honeymoon. She is a huge supporter of organ donation after her husband received an urgent heart transplant at Harefield Hospital in 2013. Andrew and Lauren live in London with their English Bull Terrier Billy and are expecting their first 'miracle' child in October 2014, just over year after they were given a second chance. They will be eternally grateful to the family and his donor.
