As a child if you did not find Leah reading you found her writing and almost always the subject was animals. She began getting serious about a writing career producing canine healthcare articles for a Maine publication called Down East Dog News. "Little Paws and Lion Hearts" is her first lengthy project. Hopefully just the start of a long list of super fun work to be inspired by her four legged friends.
