In a Kafkaesque turn of events, Lee McCall woke one morning to discover he had turned into a writer. It was something he had not prepared for, and a career he felt ill-equipped to pursue. He did not smoke, drank only in moderation, and had never experimented with illicit drugs. Yet despite those handicaps, his metamorphosis from respectable citizen to author proceeded inexorably, and eventually produced his first novel, "Sleeping Dogs." He is currently busy working on a sequel: "Dogs of War"—Book Two in the series "The Human Re-Creation Project."
