
Leigh Robshaw has worked in the media and publishing for more than twenty years. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, she began her career working for Hay House Australia as a staff writer and editor. She then moved into travel writing, contributing to publications such as Lonely Planet and Holiday & Travel. In her twenties, Leigh worked for author Stuart Wilde in London, spent three years travelling and living in South America and a year living in Japan, before returning to Australia to take up a position as subeditor and feature writer with The Open Road magazine. In 2004 she left Sydney and moved to the Sunshine Coast, where she is currently the deputy editor of Sunshine Coast magazine, My Weekly Preview and a staff writer for SALT magazine. Leigh’s writing has been published by News Corp, MiNDFOOD, New Matilda, Qantas Magazine, Telstra Smarter Business Ideas, Nature & Health, MBF’s Living Well, the Sunshine Coast Daily, the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Times and SALT magazine. She is married with two wildlings and lives in the picturesque Sunshine Coast hinterland town of Maleny, home to the best ice-cream shop, best craft beer brewery and best lolly shop in Australia.
