Geno White is thirty years old, and he feels behind in life, but he's ambitious. Geno is a low level hustler that's helping his mom and siblings while his mother battles cancer. Geno's goals consist of starting a trucking business, and he has tunnel vision which leaves him unlucky in love because most of the women that he runs into are looking for sponsors. Geno's plate is full, and he has no time for anyone that's doing more taking away than adding to his life. When he meets Shannan Mills, she's like a breath of fresh air. Shannan is gorgeous and a self-made boss. A boss that Geno feels is way out of his league, but that doesn't stop him from trying his luck and asking her out. Shannan is successful and super single. At the age of thirty-seven, she's pretty much given up on the idea of finding love and having kids, and she wants to be okay with that. Her love life is nothing short of a joke, and she's ready to leave the circus.
