Hannah Brooks is tired of all the wealthy, privileged students surrounding her at college. She knows that sounds bitter, but she can’t help it. She’s had to work hard every day of her life, but now it’s finally paying off. She’s a junior in college, has plenty of savings, and is totally focused on getting her journalism degree. She might be a bit of a lone wolf, but that’s the way she likes it. Liam Shaw is the talented star quarterback for The University of Chicago. He’s the youngest of five brothers, and while he loves their support, he often feels like they don’t understand what he really wants. There’s more to Liam than football—he’s also incredibly smart. And his goal is to become the CFO of his family’s company someday. When Hannah receives an assignment to interview Liam, she is dismayed. The more she researches Liam, the more furious she becomes—he’s clearly just another spoiled jock, skating by on Daddy’s money. When they finally meet, sparks fly, and Hannah’s fiery personality comes out . . . but is Hannah angry because of Liam’s advantages in life or because of how he makes her feel? Hannah and Liam come from entirely different worlds, but sometimes opposites really do attract.
