Lilibet Snellings is the author of BOX GIRL: My Part-Time Job as an Art Installation (Soft Skull Press, 2014). Since its publication, BOX GIRL has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The LA Weekly, and Los Angeles Magazine. Flavorwire named BOX GIRL one of the "Top 15 Best Nonfiction Books of 2014." Harper's Bazaar put BOX GIRL on its "Hot List" for March, Buzzfeed ranked BOX GIRL #3 on its "22 Books You Need to Read This Summer" list, and TimeOut LA named it "One of the Best New Books About Los Angeles." Of BOX GIRL, Booklist said, “A self-effacing and wryly humorous young voice in the tenor of Sloane Crosley and Lena Dunham." After living in Los Angeles for nine years, she now resides in Chicago with her husband.
