Lisa Edwards is a former publisher (Scholastic, Templar) who is now a writer, editor, agent and yoga teacher. She grew up in North Wales, but has lived mostly in southeast England. She lives in Worthing, West Sussex, where she lives alone and walks by the sea every day. She splits her time between the UK and India. She writes a blog – Because You Can – and has launched a series of Because You Can guidebooks to living a free and happy life. The first book is how to live without alcohol. A sequel to her memoir, Cheat Play Live, will publish in July 2022. The book is called: Dark Horses Ride – one woman's journey through midlife and menopause.
